In compliance with the PDPA, we process personal data only for the following purposes:

To provide product authentication and anti-counterfeiting services.
To generate market intelligence and grey-market diversion heatmaps for brand owners.
To facilitate loyalty rewards, warranty registrations, and consumer engagement for our clients.
To respond to inquiries and provide technical support.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Malaysia and export markets.

3. Consent

By providing your personal data or using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in this policy. For end-consumers scanning Trustori-secured products, consent for location tracking is typically requested at the point of the scan. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Section 9).

Brand Partners: If you scan a product, your interaction data (and any information you voluntarily provide during a loyalty flow) is shared with the brand owner of that product.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, data analytics, and factory automation.

Legal Authorities: When required by Malaysian law or court order.

5. Security of Personal Data

Trustori implements robust technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, as well as strict access controls within our factory automation systems.
